FAQs
A few things you might be wondering
Who is this work for?
This work is for women in midlife who feel something shifting and want gentle, grounded support for real change over time.
Do I need to be in crisis to work with you?
Not at all. Many women come at a crossroads, during transition, or when they’re simply ready for a different way of being.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. We’ll explore what’s going on and decide the most supportive next step together
What happens in a Havening Session?
Havening is a gentle, neuroscience-based touch therapy designed to calm the nervous system and soften stress responses. You can read the full “what to expect” on the Havening page, and you’re welcome to ask questions before booking.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re navigating and what support feels right for your life
Some women begin with a single Havening session, others choose a deeper mentorship container for longer-term change.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Adelaide and online sessions globally
Do you accept government funded clients?
No. My practice is private-pay and designed for women who are ready to commit to the depth of this work.
Is this a quick fix?
No. This is gentle, paced work that supports lasting change
We move at the pace of safety, not urgency.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session up to 24 hours before your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session fee is charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you. Ongoing mentorship containers are governed by a separate written agreement.
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Anchored Heart, in which case you’ll be offered a refund or transfer option. If there is a genuine emergency, please contact us, and we’ll handle it with care.
