Support for Women

The Anchored Heart

Emotional healing and restoration for women in midlife transition.

If you’re asking, “What now?” You’re in the right place.

Story meets science, and compassion meets nervous system work, so you can steady yourself again and move into your wisdom era with calm, clarity, and renewal.

The Crossroads Moment

Maybe your children have left home.
Perhaps you’re stepping away from a role that once defined you.
Perhaps you’re navigating grief, identity shifts, or a quiet yearning for greater meaning.

Wherever you stand, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

What The Anchored Heart Is

ANCHOR — to make firm, to hold steady, to keep from drifting.
HEART — the seat of thought, emotion, and spirit.

The Anchored Heart is a space for emotional healing and restoration — where faith, psychology, and nervous system science meet compassion, safety, and care.

It’s built for the woman who’s ready to steady herself again.
Who’s tired of surviving on adrenaline and self-doubt.
Who’s seeking peace, not perfection.

Meet Tiffany

I’m Tiffany Thompson, and I’ve spent over 25 years walking alongside women, families, and communities through seasons of change and in the mental health and social work space.

From leading reforms in male-dominated industries, to building a business from scratch, to retraining as a social worker and counsellor — my path has always been about advocacy, courage, and creating space for others to rise.

Today, I hold space for women in midlife who are asking: “What now?”.

You’re welcome to begin with a one-off conversation, ongoing sessions, or by joining a themed workshop.

This is your unfolding, at your rhythm.
